Model Production
Model production is a major aspect of the overall operation of hydrodynamics research facilities. Machine tools with proven designs have been available from Kempf and Remmers over many years. Today these are upgraded by Cussons Technology to suit current demands for computer control. Accurate and rapid production of hulls, propellers and other components required for test operations can be achieved using the wide range of production machines available.

At any Hydrodynamics test facility devices and instrumentation are required for successful practical operation as well as accurate data collection. Cussons Technology offer the widest possible range of products including Model Guiding Equipment, Wave Recording Equipment, Ship model clamping devices, dynamometer mounting devices, rudder measurement, wake measurement etc. To compliment production various measuring devices are provided for Trim and Draught measurement, propeller curvature and other measurement requirements.
